General internal medicine specialist and nephrologist are enrolled.Asakawa Clinic is located in Setagaya Ward, Setagaya Ward, in front of Tsurumaki Elementary School, about a 5-minute walk from Setagaya Station on the Setagaya Line.We have opened a clinic in Setagaya for over 60 years. We are trying to create a space where visitors can relax, with a barrier-free hospital and green trees and seasonal flowers planted on the premises.

In addition to acute illnesses such as fever, we also treat lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, and allergic diseases such as hay fever and bronchial asthma from the first visit. We also support various antigen tests, blood tests, urine tests, electrocardiogram tests, and X-ray tests. We strive to provide appropriate information to patients who visit us for each disease. If we determine that more advanced examinations or treatments are necessary, we will create a medical information report and refer you to an appropriate medical institution.

令和7年4月1日から、帯状疱疹予防接種が定期接種となります。・令和8年3月31日時点で、65歳、70歳、75歳、80歳、85歳、90歳、95歳、100歳、101歳以上の方・接種日時点で、60歳から64歳の方で、免疫の機能に障害がある方（身体障害者手帳1級相当） 不活化（組換え）ワクチン 2回自己負担額1回につき10,000円 接種に必要な予診票は、令和7年5～6月頃に対象者の方へ一斉発送されます。 一斉発送前に接種を希望される方は、個別に申し込みが必要になります。オンライン手続き（https://logoform.jp/form/JqMJ/925364）で申し込みいただくか、世田谷区予防接種コールセンター（03-5432-2437）へお問い合わせください。 世田谷区帯状疱疹予防接種任意予防接種の費用助成 ・50歳から64歳の方（定期予防接種対象者を除く） ・帯状疱疹の発症リスクの高い18歳から49歳の方 不活化（組換え）ワクチン 2回助成額1回につき11,000円 世田谷区にお住まいの方は当院では1回の摂取につき自己負担額11,000円となります。 ご確認お願いします。
