当院は質の高い診療を実施するため、オンライン資格確認やデータ等から取得する情報（受診歴・薬剤情報・特定健診情報その他必要な診療情報）を活用して診療をおこなっています。

医療DX推進体制整備について以下の通り対応を行っています。
①オンライン請求を行っています。
②オンライン資格確認を行う体制を有しています。
③電子資格確認をして取得した診療情報を、診察室で閲覧又は活用できる体制を有しています。
④電子処方箋発効に向けて準備を行っています。
⑤電子カルテ情報共有サービスを活用できる体制については当該サービスの対応待ちです。
⑥マイナンバーカードの健康保険証利用の使用について、お声掛け・ポスター掲示を行っています。⑦医療DX推進の体制に関する事項及び質の高い診療を実施するための十分な情報を取得し、及び活用して診療を行うことについて、当該保険医療機関の見やすい場所及びホームページ等に掲示しています。

Outpatient consultation hours are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and from 15:00 to 18:00 except Wednesdays and Saturdays. Physical therapy reception starts at 14:00. The clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays, but there are certain days when the Setagaya Ward Medical Association is on holiday duty. General internal medicine specialist and nephrologist are enrolled.Asakawa Clinic is located in Setagaya Ward, Setagaya Ward, in front of Tsurumaki Elementary School, about a 5-minute walk from Setagaya Station on the Setagaya Line.We have opened a clinic in Setagaya for over 60 years. We are trying to create a space where visitors can relax, with a barrier-free hospital and green trees and seasonal flowers planted on the premises.

In addition to acute illnesses such as fever, we also treat lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, and allergic diseases such as hay fever and bronchial asthma from the first visit. We also support various antigen tests, blood tests, urine tests, electrocardiogram tests, and X-ray tests. We strive to provide appropriate information to patients who visit us for each disease. If we determine that more advanced examinations or treatments are necessary, we will create a medical information report and refer you to an appropriate medical institution.
