AGA​ (Male pattern hair lossdisease)treatment

​ Prescription drugs:Propecia (Finasteride) Tablets 1mg ¥3,800 (for 28 days) (tax included)

Mechanism of action: This medicine suppresses the production of DHT by inhibiting some of the enzymes necessary for the production of DHT (causative substance of AGA).

Side effects: Decreased libido 3 cases (1.1%), erectile dysfunction 2 cases (0.7%)

Note: Daily use for at least 6 months is required for effective manifestation.

Mechanism of action: This medicine helps maintain erections by inhibiting PDE-5, a substance that is essential for erections to occur.

Side effects: headache (17.4%), vasodilation (hot flashes, flushing) (0.94%), indigestion (4.7%), back pain (1.2%)

​Note: Patients with cardiovascular complications (stroke, myocardial infarction), unstable blood pressure, or arrhythmia cannot take this medicine.

Melasma treatment

Transamin Tablets 250mg

It has the effect of blocking the action of prosmin, which promotes the activation of melanocytes. It has the effect of suppressing the production of melanin pigment that causes spots and the effect of suppressing inflammation, which can be expected to have a whitening effect.

Side effects: Hypersensitivity: (less than 0.1%) itching, rash, etc. 2). Gastrointestinal: (0.1% to <1%) anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn

Note: Concomitant use with oral contraceptives (the pill) may cause thrombosis. If you have a chronic disease such as cerebral infarction or myocardial infarction, please consult in advance.

Cinal Combination Tablets

Mechanism of action: It works on the production and metabolism of melanin pigment to obtain a whitening effect, and its antioxidant action prevents aging of skin cells. Promotes the production of collagen to keep the skin firm and improves skin inflammation caused by acne.

Side effects: In rare cases, gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach discomfort, nausea, and diarrhea may occur.

Note: Occult blood (blood that is too small to be seen) in the urine or stool can become undetectable by tests and may be missed.
